Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we are actually asked at Rome Piano Co. If yours is not here, call +1 212-431-4747.
Will note labels damage the keys?
The silicone strip sets sit on the key and lift off cleanly, which is why we stock more of them than adhesive stickers. If you do choose stickers, remove them within the first year.
Which size do I need?
Count the white and black keys on your instrument. Sets are listed by key count — 88, 76, 61, 54, 49 and 37 — and the listing states which it fits.
Do the covers fit a digital piano?
Some are cut for uprights and some for digital keyboards. The specification table gives the measurement, so check it against your instrument.
What is shipping?
Free US shipping on orders over $35; a flat $4.95 below that.
Are you open on Mondays?
No. Mon Closed | Tue-Fri 12:30-19:00 | Sat-Sun 09:00-18:00
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at present. Orders can only be delivered to US addresses.
How do I track my parcel?
Use the Track Order page with the number from your despatch email.
